My mission is to empower individuals and systems to be the best versions of themselves by scaffolding the processes of:
I have been working as a psychotherapist, leadership coach and transformation facilitator with a diverse and expansive range of people across various sectors both nationally and internationally. I have 4000plus hours of experience in coaching and doing psychotherapy with people across India, Singapore, USA and Poland.
Over the last 14 years, my work has been about acting as an impetus in unlocking the human potential. I believe that without passion, there can be no growth and hence I focus on facilitating change through inspiration and ignition of passion.
My uniqueness is my ability to instantly connect with people and see the world through their frame of reference. I believe in looking for the best in people and working with their strengths.
I have come to learn that every action, no matter how unproductive, is an attempt to meet a human need. Therefore, I focus on creating a platform for people to dive deeper and operate from a space of need awareness.
I particularly enjoy facilitating experiential labs and long term interventions as it helps in creating tangible transformation. I bring in my understanding of human processes and behavioral sciences along with key business performance drivers in diagnosing, designing and delivering interventions that transform. I seamlessly weave in the different conceptual approaches (Transactional Analysis, Appreciative Inquiry, Nonviolent Communication, Emotional Intelligence, cyclical stages of human and organization development) to deliver top in class interventions.
I have done my Masters in Counseling Psychology (Mumbai University). I began my career as a lecturer of psychology and inhouse therapist at Mithibai College. I have worked as a manager for the project “Self-empowerment of commercial sex workers” at Care India. My last job was working as a training manager at Tigers India Pvt. Ltd, involving the responsibility for competency mapping, conducting development centers, training needs analysis, designing and facilitating large scale interventions. I was also responsible for coaching the middle and senior level managers.
In 2007, I felt the gnawing drive to use self as an instrument for change and so I started working independently as a transformational coach and facilitator.
Over the years, I have designed and facilitated experiential workshops on diversity, collaboration, leadership development, gender and group dynamics in various organizations. I have also been coaching individuals and leaders from diverse and expansive cultural background globally.
