Transaction Analysis was developed by Eric Berne in 1961. Transactional analysis (TA) is a systematic study of what goes on inside people and between people. TA has four fields of application: Psychotherapy, Counseling, organization Development and Education.

The core philosophy of TA – “I’m OK – You’re OK” forms the basic foundation on which the advanced TA training structures and processes are designed. The training design is a combination of experiential, conceptual and process-based methodology.
The course comprises of three levels and is roughly spread across 5 years, with 12 days of in-person training and 4 webinars each year. Participants sign up for each level on a yearly basis. The group will work together year after year, towards the various levels of certification. The completion of each level of certification would largely depend upon the unique readiness of each individual.

The ultimate goal of any transaction analysis training is to facilitate autonomy in the participants which is manifested through release/recovery of three capacities: awareness, spontaneity and intimacy.
This program provides participants with a unique opportunity to engage in an exploration that leads them to a greater sense of vitality and purpose. It energizes the participants to engage more fully and deeply with themselves and others.
The certificate rewarded at the end of successful completion of the exam is Diploma in transaction analysis by SAATA.
The purpose of this 2-year long program is to help trainees develop their competencies as a TA psychotherapist. The focus will be on developing an in-depth understanding of different schools of transactional analysis, diagnosing and treatment planning, developing and practicing skills of psychotherapy and taking live supervision.
The certificate rewarded at the end of successful completion of the exam is Diploma in transaction analysis by SAATA.
The purpose of this program is to help participants fully align with the ITAA guidelines for CTA examination, write their CTA exam and prepare for the oral exams as well.
The certificate rewarded at the end of the successful completion of the written and oral exam is Certified Transactional Analyst (CTA) by International transaction analysis association (ITAA).
